A simple but zesty rice that is a great compliment with any fish dinner.
2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (leftover or freshly cooked)
1) Heat a saute pan, add the butter, cooked rice, cream cheese, garlic powder and lemon pepper.
2) Stir the ingredients gently and add a little fresh dill.
3) Cover and cook over a medium-low heat for a few minutes until thoroughly heated.
4) Serve the Lemon Pepper Rice as an accompaniment to any fish dinner.
