Brown Rice Parmesan
|Brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Bacon slices||4 , cooked and crumbled|
Cook rice according to package directions, reducing salt to 1/2 teaspoon; set aside.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add onion and Parmesan cheese to cooked rice; mix well.
Sprinkle with bacon.
