Solar Cooked Jamaican Rice With Red Beans

Ingredients
  Red beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (canned)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Get the solar cooker ready and the outside temperature should be around 88 degrees Farenheit.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
3. Place it in the sun in the bowl of the solar cooker and let it cook for 3 hours and 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve it hot.
