Baked Pork Chops And Rice

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Pork chops 8
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Long grain rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Beef consomm 1 Can (10 oz)
  Green pepper 1
  Onion 1
  Tomato 1
Directions

Season pork; saute in oil until browned well.
Combine mushrooms, rice, consomme and 11/2 soup cans water; place in lightly-greased casserole.
Arrange chops on top.
Place slice of pepper, onion and tomato on each chop.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
