Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bell peppers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Mixed)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet corn 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), rehydrated (Thrive)
  Long grain rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large wok and heat water in it.
2) Add bell peppers and onion and cook until all water evaporates.
3) Stir in bouillon and salsa and cook for few minutes.
4) Add sweet corn and cook again for few minutes.
5) Now, add rice and stir to coat it well.
6) Simmer for 15 minutes on low to medium heat.
7) Then turn off the heat and leave it covered.

SERVING
8) Serve the Spanish rice with any Mexican meal of your choice.
