Holiday Rice

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms with butter 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Saute onion in butter until tender; add garlic salt and oregano.
Spoon onion mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole; add all remaining ingredients and 1/2 soup can water.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
