1. Wash the rice twice with water before cooking
2. Pour the oil into a pot and heat over high heat.
3. Add the rice, stir and fry for 2 minutes
4. Add the boiling water
5. Add salt and stir until it boils
6. Reduce the heat and cover the pot with a lid.
7. After 15 minutes the rice is ready.
8. Fluff the rice and serve it steaming hot.
