|Chopped ham||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
Cook carrot and onion in bacon drippings; remove from pan.
Fry ham; remove from pan.
Scramble eggs; remove from pan.
Place rice in pan; add soy sauce, salt and green pepper.
Stir until heated; return all ingredients to pan, adding garlic juice.
Serve hot with additional soy sauce, if desired.
