Simple Fried Rice

Another Thursday, another delicious dish. This week Rebecca shares her quick and easy Fried Rice recipe. This is a quick meal, that is nutritious and can be easily made to satisfy almost anyone's taste. If you're looking for something to whip up at the last minute, we'll think you'll find this Fried Rice recipe, simply good.
Ingredients
  Eggs 5 , lightly beaten
  Butter stick 1
  Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , thinly sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In large pan, scramble eggs and then remove from pan and set aside.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Add cooked rice and stir to coat rice with butter.
4. Add peas and corn and cook on low until vegetables are heated through.
5. Add the eggs back in, along with the green onions and stir to combine.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately.
