Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Liquid 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs) (Water, Broth, Juice)
  Butter/Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 3-quart saucepan, put the rice, cups of liquid, salt and butter.
2) Bring the contents to a boil. Stir once or twice while cooking.
3) Reduce the heat and cover the pan. Gently simmer for about 50 minutes, till the rice is soft and the liquid has been absorbed.

SERVING
4) Transfer the hot rice to a serving bowl, fluff with a fork and serve as a side dish while still hot and fresh. Goes well with almost everything!
