Stir Fried Rice
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), pressed|
|Beef bouillon/Chicken bouillon||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, chopped|
|Vegetable leftovers/Meat leftovers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1) Take a skillet and add onion, pepper, garlic and bouillon to it. Stir-fry and cook until vegetables become tender.
2) Add all the other ingredients except egg. Cook until hot.
3) Add a beaten egg, if desired. Stir and mix the egg nicely.
4) Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
