Delicious Long Grain Rice
|Long-grain rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1) Take a 4 quart saucepan and combine together salt, rice, water and butter in it.
2) Cover with a tight fitting lid and bring the mixture to a vigorous boil.
3) Reduce heat as low as possible and cook for another 20-25 minutes. Do not lift cover or stir at all.
4) Remove from heat and cover. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
5) Place on a platter and serve immediately.
