Easy Fried Rice
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Diced cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||4 , sliced|
|Cooked wild rice/Regular rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1 In wok or electric skillet, heat oil to 350°F
2 Add in the shrimp, stir-frying for 1 minute.
3 Set aside.
4 Add in the egg and stir-fry until firm but still moist.
5 Keep aside
6 Add in the ham and onions.
7 Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
8 Mix in the rice, soy sauce, and shrimp.
9 Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
10 Blend in the egg.
11 Serve immediately.
