Ingredients
  Arborio rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash rice under running water.

MAKING
2) In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place rice and water.
3) Boil the rice.
4) Lower the heat, stir the rice cover and simmer about 17 minutes, until water has been absorbed and rice becomes soft.

SERVING
5) Serve the rice hot with curry.
