|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Wash the rice under running water.
2) In a heavy bottomed pan, combine water and rice and bring to boil.
3) Cover the pan, reduce heat and cook for about 17 minutes total, until rice is tender and water has evaporated.
4) Serve the hot rice with curry.
