|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, whip cream and add it to cold rice. And chill again.
2) Spoon the rice in dessert glasses and add maple syrup.
3) Put some ice cream on the rice and top it with maple syrup.
Use this dish as a dress up for baked custard.
