Microwave Popeye Rice

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh chopped spinach 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a microwave glass bowl, place all the ingredients and cook covered on HIGH (9) for 15 to 17 minutes till the liquid is absorbed completely. Make sure that the dish is stirred at least 3 times during cooking. Sit the dish covered, for 5 minutes or until remaining liquid is absorbed.

SERVING
2. Serve hot immediately
