Buttered Converted Rice
|Converted rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, put together converted rice, water, salt and butter.
2) Simmer for 6 to 8 hours or until all the water is absorbed.
3) Stir the rice few times during cooking, to avoid drying of the surface and even cooking of rice.
4) Serve hot with desired dish.
