Wild Rice Stuffing

|Minced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in fourth|
|Sherry||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender (about five minutes).
Add grapes, Sherry, salt, wild rice; blend well.
Makes about 4 cups stuffing or enough to stuff 4 Rock Cornish Hens.
