IngredientsGreen onions - 1/2 cup, chopped

Cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth) - 2 cups
Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, snipped
Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Hot pepper sauce to taste
1) Take a large Dutch oven and heat oil in it. Cook carrots, onion and red pepper over medium-high heat until tender.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for few more minutes.
3) Serve with shrimp and enjoy!
