|Long grain rice||12 Ounce|
1. In a heatproof bowl, combine rice and water.
2. In a wok, place a bamboo steamer and fill wok with water for boiling upto steamer height.
3. Place rice bowl in steamer, cover wok with lid and bring to boil.
4. Once boiled, reduce flame and boil for 45 minutes. Ensure water level is not too low while boiling.
5. Once rice is steamed, fluff rice grains using a fork.
6. Serve hot with well seasoned Chinese sauces of your choice.
