Brown Rice Pilau

Ingredients
  Brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chicken broth 6 1⁄2 Cup (104 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Almonds 6 Tablespoon, chopped
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a flat baking dish, put rice, chicken broth, oil, allspice, and cinnamon.
3) Combine together.
4) Cover and bake for 50 minutes until the liquid is dry and the grains separated.
5) Add almonds and raisins. Mix well.
6) Discard cinnamon sticks.

SERVING
7) Mix well and serve.
