Brown Rice and Carrot Patties
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1.Make a mixture of rice and carrots and form patties.
2.Add the patties into beaten eggs firt and then immediately after in wheat germ and sesame seed.
3.Heat the griddle greased with soy oil.
4.Add the patties on it and brown them well.
5.Serve warm with dips.
The patties can be baked at 350 degrees also.
