Tarragon Wild Rice Stuffing

Sample this deliciously different Wild Rice Stuffing for your favorite Rock Cornish Hens. Truly awesome, this is also quick to make!
Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sausage meat 1⁄4 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked wild rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion and sausage in butter about 10 minutes.
Add salt, tarragon, wild rice; blend well.
Makes about 21/2 cups stuffing or enough to stuff 3 Rock Cornish Hens.
