Cooking Natural Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan boil water. Add rice and salt and bring to a boil.
2) Continue to boil for 5 minutes.
3) Cover the lid tightly, reduce heat to very low and simmer covered for 45 minutes without lifting lid.
4) Turn off heat and let set for 10 minutes.
5) The rice should be cooked and the water absorbed.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
