Ingredients
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cheddar cheese/Sharp american cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  A 1 sauce/Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped fine
  Basil 1 Pinch
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Oregano 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2) In a pan, cook the spinach and drain thoroughly.
3) Stir in rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4) In a casserole, turn the mixture and set in pan of hot water.
5) Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve the Rice La Costa, immediately on individual plates.
