|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raw rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Special oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (scallions)|
|Minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1.Heat water along with salt until it boils.
2.Add rice and let the ingredients boil.
3.Once done, lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes till the rice gets soft.
4.Let the rice cool.
5.In a skillet, heat oil.
6.Put rice and stir well in it.
7.Put scallions and garlic in the skillet and mix well.
8.Stir in soy sauce.
9.Serve warm in a dish.
