Rice And Shrimp With Carrot

Ingredients
  Raw shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 2 , cut julienne
  Scallions 2 , sliced
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Accent 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the shrimps in half, crosswise.

MAKING
2) Heat the oil in saucepan, sauté shrimps for 2 minutes.
3) Add carrots, scallions, spinach, soy sauce, water, sugar and Ac-€™cent.
4) Simmer for 3 minutes more.
5) Stir in rice and cook for 1 minute.

SERVING
6) Serve hot on flat plate, try to place shrimps and vegetable on top.
