|Corn oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (Country, 1 Packet)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Pint|
|Ham||2 Ounce, cooked|
|Mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced|
1. In a pan heat corn oil, add rice and saute until golden.
2. Then empty the contents of the packet of soup and water, bring to the boil with frequent stirring, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stirring in diced ham and mushrooms continue cooking slowly until the liquid has been absorbed for about 10 minutes.
4. Serve hot with garnish as desired.
