Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Eggs 7 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cold cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Finely diced cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked green peas 3 Tablespoon
  Shredded green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (White Part Only)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs .with a pinch of salt.
Heat oil, add eggs, cook 1 minute.
Add rice and fry well, mixing with eggs.
Add remaining ingredients, and salt to taste, mixing well until heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
