Egg Fried Rice
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Cold cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Finely diced cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked green peas||3 Tablespoon|
|Shredded green onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (White Part Only)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Beat eggs .with a pinch of salt.
Heat oil, add eggs, cook 1 minute.
Add rice and fry well, mixing with eggs.
Add remaining ingredients, and salt to taste, mixing well until heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
