Ingredients
  Chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced, cooked
  Ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced, cooked
  Bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Dried mushrooms 2 , soaked and chopped
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon (Chinese)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
  Frozen peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 3 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1) In a wok or skillet heat oil.
2) Stir in chicken, ham, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes.
3) Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
4) Combine rice, peas, green onions, and eggs.
5) Cook for 2 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
