|Chicken||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced, cooked|
|Ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced, cooked|
|Bamboo shoots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Dried mushrooms||2 , soaked and chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Oyster sauce||2 Tablespoon (Chinese)|
|Rice||4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked|
|Frozen peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
1) In a wok or skillet heat oil.
2) Stir in chicken, ham, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. SautÃ© for 2 minutes.
3) Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
4) Combine rice, peas, green onions, and eggs.
5) Cook for 2 minutes.
6) Serve hot.
