Vegetable Fried Rice
|Frozen chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned minced garlic||1 Teaspoon (1 Jar)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen stir-fry vegetables||1 Pound, thawed and chopped (1 Bag)|
|Eggs||3 Large, beaten|
|Cooked white rice/Cooked brown rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Stir fry sauce||3 Tablespoon|
1. Cook onion and garlic in oil in a nonstick 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring, until golden, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender, about 3 minutes.
2. Add eggs and stir-fry until firm, 1 to 2 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry sauce and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
