Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned minced garlic 1 Teaspoon (1 Jar)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen stir-fry vegetables 1 Pound, thawed and chopped (1 Bag)
  Eggs 3 Large, beaten
  Cooked white rice/Cooked brown rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Stir fry sauce 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook onion and garlic in oil in a nonstick 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring, until golden, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender, about 3 minutes.
2. Add eggs and stir-fry until firm, 1 to 2 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry sauce and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
