Peanutty Rice Krispy
|Corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rice krispies||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nonfat frozen yogurt||1 Quart (Of Preference)|
1) Mix together the peanut butter, corn syrup and Rice Krispies.
2) Into a 9-inch pie pan, press the mixture.
3) Into the Rice Krispies crust, spoon the frozen yogurt.
4) Freeze the preparation.
5) Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes a good snack. Can be topped with fresh fruit or chocolate syrup before serving.
