Raisin Breakfast Rice

Ingredients
  Water 750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Brown rice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Millet 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Apple 1⁄2 , chopped (Unpeeled)
  Raisins 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Cinnamon 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium saucepan add all ingredients. Mix together.
2) Bring to a boil over moderate heat.
3) Stir and decrease heat. Simmer covered for 25 to 30 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Do not stir.

SERVING
4) Serve with a little orange juice or skim milk.
