Raisin Breakfast Rice
|Water||750 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Brown rice||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Millet||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Apple||1⁄2 , chopped (Unpeeled)|
|Raisins||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Cinnamon||1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)|
1) In a medium saucepan add all ingredients. Mix together.
2) Bring to a boil over moderate heat.
3) Stir and decrease heat. Simmer covered for 25 to 30 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Do not stir.
4) Serve with a little orange juice or skim milk.
