Baked Vegetable Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Leeks 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , finely chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, toss the rice, vegetables, cheese and herbs together and add to a lightly oiled, shallow 8"X8" baking pan
3. Bake with the lid on for an hour

SERVING
4. Serve as required
