Chicken And Rice
|Minute rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken||1 , cut up|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Package)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
Grease 8 x 13" pan.
Sprinkle rice over bottom, pour soup and milk in a saucepan and heat.
DO NOT BOIL.
Pour over rice, stir.
Lay pieces of chicken over rice, skin side up.
Sprinkle onion soup over chicken.
Cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
