Easy Vegetable Rice Bake
|Mixed broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Loose-Pack Frozen)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|American cheese||2 Ounce, cut up (1/2 Cup)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French fried onions/Toasted nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a 1-quart casserole add mixed vegetables and water and cook on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) Add rice, American cheese, and milk.
4) Cook covered on high for 2 to 4 minutes stirring twice.
5) Sprinkle onions or nuts on top and serve.
