Easy Vegetable Rice Bake

Ingredients
  Mixed broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Loose-Pack Frozen)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  American cheese 2 Ounce, cut up (1/2 Cup)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French fried onions/Toasted nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1-quart casserole add mixed vegetables and water and cook on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) Add rice, American cheese, and milk.
4) Cook covered on high for 2 to 4 minutes stirring twice.

SERVING
5) Sprinkle onions or nuts on top and serve.
