Ingredients
  Pork chops 6 , smoked
  Lean smoked pork chops 6
  Salt 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Dehydrated salad onion 1⁄2 (1/2 Package)
  Flour 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole tomatoes 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned whole tomatoes 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Instant rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cook the instant rice to desired taste. Keep aside.
2) With salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt, sprinkle the pork chops.

MAKING
3) In a pan, heat small amount of cooking oil.
4) In hot oil, saute the chops, until brown.
5) Then, remove chops from the pan.
6) Pour off excess grease, leaving a small amount of grease in the pan.
7) In this, saute onions, green peppers, dehydrated onions and flour.
8) Gradually add water, Worcestershire sauce and whole tomatoes to make a sauce.
9) Let the simmer for 3 minutes.
10) Now, add the cooked rice to sauce.
11) Let the mixture simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
12) On top of the mixture, place pork chops and simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING
13) Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
