Sesame Rice

Ingredients
  Chinese sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Finely diced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely diced carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced green bell peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced scallions 2 Tablespoon (Green Onion)
  Fresh garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Parsley sprigs 1 (For Garnish)
  Uncooked brown rice 2 Ounce (For Garnish)
  Instant onion broth and seasoning mix 1 Ounce, dissolved in 1 1/2 cups hot water (For Garnish, 1 Packet)
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Dissolving Broth And Seasoning Mix)
  Sesame seed 2 Teaspoon, toasted (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large 1-quart saucepan, pour out the oil
2. Heat the oil over medium heat
3. Add the celery, carrot, green pepper, scallion and garlic to the hot oil. Sauté the vegetables till they are crisp and tender
4. Add rice to the pan and then tip in the dissolved broth mix
5. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat
6. Cover the mixture and simmer on low. Stir the mixture occasionally during the cooking process until all the moisture is absorbed
7. Remove pan from heat

FINALIZING
8. Add the sesame seed to the pan
9. Transfer to the serving plante

SERVING
10. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve immediately
