Slow Cooker Rice

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Uncooked converted long grain rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a greased slow cooker, pour the water, salt and rice.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 2 to 3 hours. Cool till the rice is tender but not overcooked. Keep stirring occasionally.

SERVING
3) Serve hot.
