|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chicken thighs and drumsticks||2 Pound|
1 In a 3-quart glass casserole, blend rice, soup, mushrooms with liquid, onion, and milk.
2 Cook, covered,for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
3 Arrange chicken pieces in the casserole.
4 Cover, and cook for 20 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
5 Rest, covered,for 10 minutes before serving.
6 Serve hot.
