Pineapple Rice: On the Side #19

Fresh and full of flavor, use your favorite rice to create this Asian inspired side dish!
Ingredients
  Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs) (brown, white, jasmine, etc...)
  Pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs), chunk
  Salt/Soy sauce To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
1. In a saute pan add onion and peppers in sesame oil over medium-high heat and saute for 4-5 minutes.
2. Add the rice, salt and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in pineapple and cook 2 minutes longer. Season with salt or soy sauce, to taste.

SERVING:
4. Serve with some tasty Asian main dishes and enjoy!
