|Minced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Instant Variety)|
|Salt/Butter flavored salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Chop celery and onion as fine as grains of rice.
2) In a saucepan mix all ingredients and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
3) Take off pan from heat and keep aside for 5 minutes till serving.
4) Serve hot.
