Slender Rice

Ingredients
  Minced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quick rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Instant Variety)
  Salt/Butter flavored salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop celery and onion as fine as grains of rice.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan mix all ingredients and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
3) Take off pan from heat and keep aside for 5 minutes till serving.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
