Wild Rice Saute

Ingredients
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon (Hollywood)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary sprigs 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peach schnapps liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in hot oil for 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Put in rice, seasonings and peach schnapps and cook 1 1/2 minutes longer and stirring frequently.
