Sesame Coconut Rice Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1 , diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Sesame 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (butter)
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Coriander 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
2) In a large bowl, add rice, oil, garlic, turmeric, ginger, marjoram, coriander, cumin, cinnamon and sesame butter to combine very well.
3) Add rest of the ingredients to the bowl.

MAKING
4) Use a 9" x 5" loaf pan to oil.
5) Press the rice mixture into the pan.
6) Place inside oven and bake for 45 minutes until well browned on top.

SERVING
7) Serve with fresh salad.
