|Cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 3⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Uncooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Broiler fryer||3 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Combine and mix first 5 ingredients; pour into 9x13 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.
Add chicken pieces; brush with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over top.
Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Center pan on cooking grill; cover kettle and bake 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer, or until chicken is fork tender.
