Broccoli and Cheese Rice Pilaf
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Diced red bell pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Long grain rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In medium saucepan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, saute onion and pepper until tender.
Stir in rice.
Add water, soup, parsley and salt; mix well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
