Brussels Sprouts and Rice

|Cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Regular rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked|
|Frozen brussels sprouts||20 Ounce (2 Packages)|
1) Take a saucepan and make a blend with soup, milk, salt, and butter.
2) Allow it to boil and add rice.
3) Simmer for 10-15 minutes in low heat and then stir in brussels sprouts.
4) Cook until tender.
5) Garnish and serve.
