Brussels Sprouts and Rice

Ingredients
  Cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Regular rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked
  Frozen brussels sprouts 20 Ounce (2 Packages)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and make a blend with soup, milk, salt, and butter.
2) Allow it to boil and add rice.
3) Simmer for 10-15 minutes in low heat and then stir in brussels sprouts.
4) Cook until tender.

SERVING
5) Garnish and serve.
