  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Whichever Is Left Over)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Whichever Is Left Over)
  Fried bacon bits 1⁄2 Pound (Soft, Or Cubes)
  Mustard seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Enough To Cover Top)
  Parmesan cheese/Romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated (Small Amount)
  Dried parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Louisiana hot sauce To Taste
  Eggs 6 , beaten with dry white wine (2,4, Or 6—Depending On How Much Leftovers You Have)
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon (For Beating The Eggs)
Directions

Combine all these ingredients and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
