Rice Balls

Ingredients
  Short grain rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (To Make 7 Cups Steamed Rice)
  Salt 2 Pinch
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Salted salmon fillets/Smoked salmon strips 1 , grilled and flaked
  Nori seaweed sheet 1 , cut into thick strips
Directions

MAKING
1) Prepare the rice.
2) In a bowl add 1/2 of the steamed rice, a pinch of salt and sesame seeds, blend well.
3) Shape into triangular rice balls by packing the rice in a bowl and shaping with hands.
4) To the remaining 1/2 rice, add pinch of salt, blend well and shape into round rice balls with a filling of salmon flakes by placing little salmon flakes in the center, pack in a bowl and shaping with hands.

FINALIZING
5) Wrap a strip of nori seaweed around each rice ball.

SERVING
6) Serve on a nice dish.
